Hannah Webley-Smith joined Notonthehighstreet.com in June 2016 in the newly formed role of Customer Director. Working with the management team and 50 strong marketing and creative team, Hannah’s role is to ensure the customer is always at the heart of the brand, driving development of the customer experience and direct connections with small creative businesses through the site.
With over 10 years’ experience in Luxury and Brand Marketing, working across product and brand management, Hannah has worked with some of the world's best-known brands, most recently at Benefit where she was Marketing Director for UK and Ireland. Hannah has previously worked with brands including L'Oreal, Jo Malone and Liz Earle.
At Benefit Hannah spearheaded Bold Is Beautiful, Benefit’s first global philanthropy programme. Other projects included launching Benefit’s biggest immersive project to date "The Good Ship Benefit". As Global Brand Director at Liz Earle Beauty, Hannah successfully secured the prestigious CEW Best British Beauty Brand award 2011, and built a full market entry plan for the USA, which was launched across a multi-channel platform. Hannah’s development of the e-commerce site also helped the brand to win overall Which Best Online Retailer award 2012.
Hannah earned her BA(hons) in History at University of Cambridge (2003)
