Mai is an accomplished digital marketer, with extensive experience positioning and activating consumer businesses to drive growth by increasing audiences, usage and brand love.
Earlier in her career Mai worked at TK Maxx, where she helped transform the brand in the UK from a US discounter to a much loved fashion retailer through creative multichannel marketing and dramatically expanding its retail network. Following that, Mai repositioned and turned around the Kickers brand in the UK through a PR, digital and social media-led revitalisation programme. At the same time, she led the global marketing for Ted Baker footwear to commercial success both in the brand’s British home and internationally. Most recently before UNiDAYS, Mai turned her passion for consumer centricity, digital media and data to the world of start-ups, helping Kate Thornton to reinvent the world of cashback shopping at TBSeen.com.
