Like many established travel brands, Thomas Cook’s website and customer database is a goldmine of behavioural information that can tell us all sorts of things about their key audiences. The challenge to Carat (and our sister agency iProspect and trading team Amnet) ahead of the Peaks period was to implement a digital strategy that would extract the maximum value from this data in order to drive sales and cost efficiencies across their digital display activity, whilst also developing an approach that allowed them to speak to their different customers in a more personal way.
