A story of strategic change for Sage’s Accounting category. Previously individual markets were responsible for marketing accounting products, leading to cannibalisation between Sage’s own products. Following the appointment of a global category team and a centralised approach, the brand moved away from product focus to a solution-led approach. A new strategy was born leading to a 220% uplift in ROMI.
