Buxton has sponsored the London Marathon for four years. However, recall and relevance scores have not shifted. We were tasked with proving the value of continued association. We went after the largest, and largely ignored contingent: the middle of the pack, the infrequent runners doing it for a challenge or for charity. We became their supportive running mate.
