Using customer insight to delve into what consumers want from a breakdown provider, Green Flag was able to form a brave new ‘challenger’ campaign. Celebrating the provider’s differences versus its main competitors, the campaign was able to improve brand perception and consideration levels, while ultimately contributing to an all-important increase in Gross Written Premiums across the business.
