In-depth audience insights gained by surveying over 800 corporate event bookers and agents, analysing Hilton customer satisfaction survey data and post-event research, and ‘mystery shopping’ across dozens of hotels resulted in a new strategy for Hilton called ‘Go one Better’ – inspiring hotel teams across the EMEA region to go one better in delivering the unique experiences that customers demanded.
