In 2016, the holiday firm Away Resorts bought a new holiday village. It’s called Sandy Balls.
Stop it! We know! It’s a great name. We’ve been working with the business for a few years, yet it still makes us snigger.
But back to business … Away Resorts asked Receptional to help rebrand the resort and raise awareness of this luxurious, tranquil holiday destination in the New Forest. To do this, we researched the audience and conducted an online PR campaign. We innovated – taking data and images from Instagram and TripAdvisor to show the audience why so many people love Sandy Balls.
The campaign was a success. It generated fantastic links on travel sites, increased traffic to the site and boosted bookings and rankings for our target keywords.
