#Untapped: How we made the plight of a village 4,000 miles away feel close to home

The #Untapped campaign immersed people in the day-to-day life of a village in Sierra Leone - one of the communities WaterAid help. This was a performance campaign that prioritised brand engagement over asking - inviting people to be part of the community so that they’d be more likely to donate.  Which they did, with #Untapped generating a staggering £8.4 million.
