After receiving four wedding invitations in one week, Socium team member Nina Dans felt like something was out of the ordinary. She began digging through trend data and discovered that because of the wedding cancellations that the COVID-19 pandemic caused, 2022-2023 was set to be the most wedding-heavy year in decades.
With this in mind, Socium team members Nina Dans and Ashley Grieco developed and executed a comprehensive campaign that targeted honeymoon, bachelorette, and bridal variations for their client, a well-known D2C fashion/swimwear brand.

The 5th Stand -the official Chelsea FC app was created as a digital destination for fans around the world outside of the four stands at Stamford Bridge. The app was launched with 3 guiding principles, Belonging, Recognition and Community. Belonging allowed fans to feel closer to the club, the players with behind the scenes access, live match updates, all the latest videos on demand and to receive breaking news before anyone else. The notion of Recognition was centred around rewarding fans for their loyalty to the app -creating enhanced, customizable user profiles, Play Predictor and Digital Collectibles rewarded the most loyal and engaged fans. Community features included the first live Match Chat created in Premier League History, Hot Topics and Post-Match fan reaction in Fan Chat as well as access to the largest community of supporters clubs in the world.The 5th Stand has surpassed all targets and expectations since launch and celebrated its 10 millionth download in December 2021. 2022 promises to be an exciting year as we celebrate our continued digital evolution as well as 30 years of Chelsea Women and the 10th anniversary of our first Champions League triumph.
