Mario joined Royal Caribbean in January 2016 and is responsible for the delivery of the strategic marketing plans for the UK and Ireland business.

Mario brings with him extensive experience from a long career in travel marketing, holding senior marketing positions at ebookers, the prestigious Langham, London, COMO hotels and resorts and The Grove.

Experienced in brand work, Mario is responsible for the continued development of Royal Caribbean’s brand positioning, This is How to Holiday, having previously lead the re-branding and re-launching of the ebookers brand across 12 countries.

With a family background in Greece, Mario enjoyed travelling between there and his home on the South Coast from a young age and still has the passion for exploring the world now. 

Outside of the office, Mario is a keen cyclist and runner, completing events such as the famous London to Brighton for his chosen charities, he also enjoys watching Rugby from the sidelines after years on the field.
