Caroline Hipperson was up until recently the Chief Marketing Officer for Holland & Barrett. Previously Bacardi's Global Vice President of MARTINI, Caroline joined Holland & Barrett with the aim of bringing a long term strategic view to the H&B brand through internationalisation and a creative overhaul of all consumer touch points.
While at Bacardi, Caroline led the digitalisation and new social first creative approach to the MARTINI brand, as well as the overhaul of the global Bacardi rum strategy and new visual identity, bringing both brands into growth after long periods of decline.
Prior to joining Bacardi, Caroline has has lead numerous global and regional brands to success through pushing the creative boundaries and rejuvenating the media approach through digital first. To name of a few Caroline has Tuborg, San Miguel, Lucozade Sport, Aquafresh and OMO/Persil under her belt, working in senior roles for large FMCG organisations such as Unilever, Glaxo Smith Kline and the Carlsberg Group.
Caroline is also the founder of LoLMoM strategic consulting, helping brands rejuvenate and reach success through new innovative ways of connecting with consumers.
