Emily recently left her role as CMO at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland. Prior to Domino’s she was VP Marketing and Food Development for McDonald's UK & Ireland.
During her time at McDonald’s she led the brand through a period of unprecedented transformation of the customer experience and oversaw a renaissance of creative output, resulting in higher than ever ROI and record numbers of creative and effectiveness awards.
Before to McDonald's Emily worked agency side. She was MD at Havas WW London and held senior positions at Leo Burnett, where she ran the McDonald's account. Before Leo Burnett Emily worked for 8 years at the BBC and Red Bee Media. She began her career in advertising and has worked at Abbott Mead Vickers, Lowe Howard-Spink and Bainsfair Sharkey Trott.
Throughout Emily’s career she has always held strong values based on authenticity, integrity, customer obsession and a belief that creative thinking is the key to unlock business success.
She has a long-term partner, Rob and two wonderful step-daughters Daisy, 16 and Ruby, 13.
