Fiona is an international executive with over 25 years in the consumer products industry growing known brands including Kellogg’s, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Nike and McCormick. Fiona joined Amazon in 2015 as a Director on the Consumer Retail side, running the Toys business in Germany and subsequently the pan-European Beer, Wine and Spirits business before moving across to Advertising in late 2019. Alongside her Commercial responsibility, she is the Executive Sponsor for Diversity across all Amazon UK businesses. A bold and passionate leader, she has been successful in her career in sharpening brand performance, steering multi-dimension teams to drive growth and profitability through transformational changes.
Important alongside her work is the time she spends with her husband and 2 boys (7 & 9 yrs.), staying healthy with sport and keeping a sense of humor. Fiona is also an active mentor both within Amazon and externally and a member of the DIAL Global Advisory Board.
She holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and she gained her MBA from INSEAD.
