As VP of Marketing at YETI, Paulie is currently working on cultivating the enormous love for the brand, allowing more people around the world to enjoy and embrace the stories and products that make YETI so legendary. Working with our communities and ambassadors to continue to be relevant in old and new places, while working on innovative ways to tell authentic stories with the internal Creative, Brand and Strategy teams, is what makes the Marketing Department at YETI truly built for the Wild.
Prior to YETI, he was the Executive Creative Director at Uber. Creating an internal agency as well as overseeing agency rosters, Paulie was responsible for all communications and channels used to help turn one of the greatest products of the modern era into one of the most beloved brands of all time. Taking the helm during the most turbulent of environments in any brand's history, he worked to redefine and reshape the narrative with award winning work, a new mission, and Uber's first ever brand campaign. It was a real ride.
Before his time at Uber, Paulie was the GECD at R/GA, helping to grow the network from two to 16 offices around the globe. He was proud to be part of the leadership team that won numerous Agency of the Year titles and became the most awarded agency in the world.
