Tracy spent the first part of her career working for a variety of media organisations on numerous high profile campaigns including the launch of Channel 5; bringing Sex and the City and The Ali G Show to Channel 4 and promoting the biggest ever webcast of its time – Madonna Live on the Internet at MSN, before she returned to Channel 4 to launch video on demand in the UK. She later became the CEO of the Jewish Chronicle and set up a number of new business for Good Housekeeping at Hearst Magazines. Tracy then made a radical switch into Fintech and Financial Services and was the launch Marketing Director for Monzo and Marketing Director at Experian. She is currently Group Marketing Director of the AA.
