Jan-Paul Jeffrey is the Head of Marketing for Southeast Asia at Spotify, the world’s most popular music streaming service. Jan leads the marketing function across eight markets with the goal of putting consumer insights at the centre of the business. He leverages big data, growth hacking, personalisation, customer relationship management and marketing automation to optimise marketing spend and accelerate business growth for the company.
Jan joined Spotify in 2018 from Qantas-owned low-cost airline Jetstar. Previous to this he spent 16 years in the super luxury fashion and beauty categories from start-ups to MNC. After holding various sales and marketing product roles in the UK and Germany, Jan relocated to Singapore in 2005 with Procter & Gamble, where he worked across regional and local roles in China and Australia.
