Starter: London cured salmon tartlet with grapefruit, yuzu, trout roe and chive kefir
Main Course: Free-range chicken breast with sweetcorn purée, olive oil mash, BBQ leek, corn salsa and leek ash
Dessert: Strawberry and vanilla mousse
